Senior Manager Global Videoconferencing

The work EDSL  have done has been the key to making videoconferencing work at Vodafone, both from a technical standpoint, and, probably more importantly, from a business perspective. Their ability to help Vodafone make videoconferencing an integral part of our business planning, including helping us to create a strategy and then execute it, and to socialise that strategy within the executive levels of the company, has been outstanding. Their knowledge of both the videoconferencing industry and the technical standards is superb, and something we would struggle very hard indeed to match internally, or to find externally from another provider. I have used EDSL to do strategic planning, project management, marketing campaign design, research on videoconferencing desktop options, as well as testing of videoconferencing systems, training our helpdesk, and more operational activities. I have been fully satisfied in every case.

That is the hard-edged business part of what EDSL do, but there is another aspect, which is the passion and enthusiasm for what they do. They have plenty of both. My experience with them has been that they are absolutely honest and very reliable in how they deal with me and others within Vodafone, and that encourages a peace of mind, that they can be absolutely depended on to do what needs doing. All of this has made working with EDSL a tremendous amount of fun. That may not be a business requirement, but it certainly makes me happy that we have worked with them.

I can sincerely recommend EDSL for any videoconferencing consulting assignment, project, or implementation. They have had a tremendous impact on Vodafone, and are fully equipped to replicate this success in your company, too.
