 Introductory Consultation (First-Step)

Most organisations are continually looking for ways to reduce costs, increase efficiency and improve the way they communicate. The first problem encountered is often where to start and to help in this process we offer a consultancy package called First-step.

First-step is a short consultancy visit, normally lasting 12/15 days. We will analyse your business and present you with a high level plan as to how video technology could be used to best advantage across your organisation. We will also examine the current methodology for booking and holding meetings with a view to recommending how video applications could dramatically save time, resources and associated travel costs. This initial report would also encompass an overview of how your organisation is geographically laid out and whether your existing network is suitable for video communication.

If your network is considered suitable for video traffic we will then recommend a further period of consultancy where the existing network will be audited.  Following this audit various video services will be run on a pilot basis before a firm commitment is made to adopt them.
